Your primary mission as the Sales Director for ICMI will be to drive sales through effective management of a dynamic team of 5. A hands-on management approach will work best as you mentor your direct reports on effective pipeline management, develop their sales skills and work side by side with them-making sales calls when needed as well as joining them on sales appointments for major accounts. Your hunger to get your hands dirty and be a true player and coach will be key! Your big-picture view will come in handy as you evaluate our current market domination and determine how we can expand our reach. Prior experience in the consulting, training or customer management market will allow you to get up to speed quickly. A track record of managing and achieving a sales revenue from $10 million to $40 million and consistently growing that revenue will assist you in creating financial updates, forecasts, and budgets. You will be joining a veteran management team who are excited to share their knowledge and help you grow professionally.
